Sessions
Young people can access our sessions via 3 routes; school referral, as part of an EOTAS (Education other than at School) package or to complement their home education.

Schools
From time to time we can all find the classroom overwhelming, however this can be a daily occurrence for neurodivergent students, those who learn differently and those going through big life events that impact their emotional wellbeing.
At Limitless Future we offer a nurturing change of scenery which can make all the difference to a young person’s anxiety levels, ability to access the school environment and engage with learning.
We run short term interventions to provide that sensory break or a judgement free and supportive space to process life’s challenges.
One day per week for 6 to 12 weeks
Please get in touch to discuss requirements or make a referral.

EOTAS / Bespoke packages
It is well evidenced that before any learning can take place we need to feel psychologically safe. If you are looking for a therapeutic element for an EOTAS package, resetting the nervous system and reconnecting with what's intrinsically motivating, then we can help.
Limitless Futures specialises in coaching and mentoring young people ages 6 – 14 who are struggling to, or unable to access a school setting due to the environment being too overwhelming resulting in masking behaviours and being withdrawn.
These interventions are usually medium term, one or two days per week for 38 weeks, but may be longer if required.

Home Education
If you are home educating a young person that struggles with busy group settings, then access to our Wild Hearts nurture group, art sessions or prosocial project groups could be the perfect solution.
These run for a minimum of 4 weeks, but can be tailored to each individuals requirements.
Please see the Home Ed page for more details.
An Example Session
At Limitless Futures we have found our participants benefit from knowing the routine of the day to provide predictability and reduce anxiety associated uncertainty. With this in mind, we follow a basic schedule which enables us to weave in evidence-based psychology and wellbeing interventions into our low demand, highly flexible child centred sessions. If more structure is required we can build this in to cater for individual needs.
09:30 – Arrival and check in
10:00 – morning activities
12:00 – lunch
13:00 – afternoon activities
14:00 – Reflection
14:30 – Departure
During activity time there is the option of attending our art sessions, gardening, creative writing, mindful movement, bushcrafts, nature reconnection or taking part in one of our psychoeducation programmes.
We believe that psycho-education, which is evidence based and trauma informed, can improve the lives of young people by removing the limiting barriers experienced.
We can provide both 1 to 1 support and small group sessions of up to 6 participants. Groups are curated depending on age and current need. This is reviewed regularly, so a young person who may initially require 1 to 1 may over time move to a small group.
